Product Description

The walk behind Concrete Saw is a powerful, fast cutting, fuel efficient and reliable, self-propelled concrete saw that can be used in a wide range of contractor and industrial applications. Ideal for cutting concrete or tar road and driveway surfaces. It is suppliedwitha350mm diamond cutting blade. There are various blades available suitable for tar, new concrete and old concrete. The saw incorporates a water container with gravity flow water for blade cooling. Features include a screw feed raise and lower system for precise depth control.

Operating Instructions

  • Pre-Start Inspection
  • Prior to beginning work, a pre-start inspection of the saw should be performed.

A. Ensure the diamond blade is secured and moves freely

B. Inspect the diamond blade for damage–verify the blade is correct for the material being cut

C. Fill the water tank

D. Fill the fuel tan

  • Before powering or starting, check for damage that could prevent this equipment from proper operation or performing it’s intended function. Check for binding and alignment of moving parts. Check for damaged, broken, or missing parts.
  • Ensure water is running freely and set desired water flow.
  • Start the engine.
  • Set Cutting Depth:
  • Cutting straight lines:
  • DO NOT FORCE THE TOOL. It will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was designed.

 Eye Protection

All round protection: grade 1 goggles
Less hazardous work: grade 2 spectacles

 Ear Defenders
Protection against high noise levels. Earplugs are suitable for short-term work.

 Safety Footwear
Wear safety footwear for toe protection.

 Protective Gloves
Gauntlets, PVC, cotton or rigger gloves for hand protection.

Safety Helmets
Protect against falling objects. Compulsory on site. Bump caps protect from overhead obstacles.
