Ladder Beams

Ladder Beams are used for spanning over access openings, such as parking entrances, roads etc. Thus providing an access opening within scaffolding set ups to allow for material handling on site. Having the beam raised and spanning from one scaffolding bay to the other achieves this as you can then have the bays above supported by the beam, giving the access point for various reasons, e.g. forklifts and trucks.

Ladder Beams are made of scaffold tube 48.42mm o/d x 3.35 wall to SABS 657 Part 1 1978 amended 1984.

Two lengths are available, 4000mm and 6000mm.

Scaffold Tube

The Scaffold Tube is 48.42mm o/d x 3.35 wall to SABS 657 Part 1 1978 amended 1984. For general bracing scaffold, tubes can be supplied in pre-determined lengths starting from 0.5m up to 6.0m.

Swivel Coupler

The Swivel Coupler is used to connect any two scaffold tubes at any angle, to connect scaffold tube to Workeasy Frame at any angle, or to connect scaffold tubes to inner tubes of standard props at any angle.

90 Degree Coupler

 The 90 Degree Coupler is used to connect any two scaffold tubes at 90°, to connect scaffold tube to Workeasy Frame at any 90°, or to connect scaffold tubes to inner tubes of standard props at 90°.

Band & Plate Coupler

The Band & Plate Coupler is used to connect two scaffold tubes at 90° or in parallel, to connect scaffold tube to Workeasy Frames at 90°, or to connect scaffold tubes to inner tubes of standard props at 90°.

Internal Tube Spigot Coupler

The Internal Tube Spigot Coupler is used for quick and secure end to end connection of scaffold tubes. It is only to be used where tubes are in compression.
